Due to COVID-19, all 2021 Kids In Triathlon races have again been postponed to 2022.
The health and safety of our participants, volunteers, staff and families is our first priority. We regret and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Registrants for 2020 race have been automatically registered for 2022 – just one age category up. This is the default option and nothing needs to be done on your part.
If your child has aged up into a new category for 2022 they will automatically be upgraded to the new age category at no additional charge. If your child will age out of the race completely (born 2008 or 2009) please contact us using the email below.
If you’d like to transfer to another 2021 race, please contact us using the email below.
Please note that partial refunds are available. Unfortunately, some nonrefundable expenses related to the races have already been incurred and we are unable to provide 100% refunds. We are able to offer 75% refunds less transaction fees. We hope you choose to stay with us and race in 2022 but we understand in these difficult times everyone’s situation is different and we are trying our best to help.
The deadline to request a partial refund is August 15, 2021.
What should I do?
- To race in 2022: do nothing. Participants will automatically be registered for their correct age group in 2022.
- If your child will be too old to race in 2022: please email [email protected].
- To request a partial refund: email [email protected], being sure to name your participant. We regret that due to expenses already incurred and processing fees, refunds are limited to 75% less fees.
